New Hope Chapel Baptist Church is a small, traditional church with a deep love for God’s Word and a strong faith that reaches beyond our size. We believe in sincere worship, sound preaching, prayer, and caring for one another like family.
God has been faithful to our church through the years, and we believe He is still building something meaningful here. As we look ahead, we’re praying for humble, dependable leaders who feel called to serve, strengthen our ministries, and help us grow—so we can continue making a big impact in our community for Christ.
Open Positions by vocation:
Youth Pastor
Help disciple and encourage our teens with Bible-centered teaching, consistent presence, and genuine care. This role includes leading youth gatherings, building relationships with families, and creating a safe, faith-building environment where students can grow in Christ.
Music Director
Lead our congregation in traditional, Christ-honoring worship. We’re looking for someone who loves the Lord, is dependable, and can help organize music for Sunday services (and special services when needed). Ability to sing and/or play is a plus—most important is a heart for worship.
Children’s Church Teacher
Serve our children by teaching Bible lessons in a simple, engaging way and helping create a joyful, welcoming environment. This role includes preparing age-appropriate lessons, partnering with volunteers, and supporting families as children learn God’s Word.
